These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of imgsprint.com and the tools and content available on it (the "Service"), operated by ImgSprint ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ImgSprint provides free, browser-based utilities for working with images. Image processing is performed locally in your browser. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Process content that you do not have the right to use, including material that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass any security or usage limits.
• Use the Service to create or distribute harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Introduce malware or use automated means to access the Service in a manner that harms its operation.

We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the images you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive your files and claim no license over them. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use it.

5. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its design, text, code, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

6. Third-party services and advertising

The Service may include advertising and links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements. Always keep a backup of your original images.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (which is zero for the free tools) or the minimum permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImgSprint from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may also suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
